We first begin in the city proper and explore the Plaza de Armas which is surrounded by intricately stone carved cathedrals. Throughout the main square you have access to various stylish hotels, bars, and restaurants that suit all tastes from around the world. Our next stop is the tour of the main cathedral and then the mystical temple of the sun, Qoricancha, which is the heart of the Inca Empire.
After, we venture up to Sacsayhuaman, an Incan temple with fascinating stone work overlooking the city. Then we visit Q’enko, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay.
